ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- For our garment orders, we offer a 48-hour cancellation policy. Since these are made-to-order products; hence the order cannot be cancelled post 48 hours of order placement. You can still raise exceptions with our customer care team at kiyahjaipur@gmail.com and they will get back to you in 72 hours.
- Up to 10% of the item's value can be deducted when refunding orders that are cancelled beyond 24 hours after placing the order, depending on the specific case.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing KIYAH for your shopping needs. We aim to provide you with the best products and services. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for it.
However, please note the following:
- We offer a 3-day return policy. However, customized styles and sizes are non-returnable/non-exchangeable
- Jewellery and accessories are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
- No exchange and refund on discounted items.
- The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
Alterations:
In case you’re facing a size issue, we offer an alteration service to tailor the garment true to your size.
Please note that first time alterations are free of cost, but any subsequent alteration requests are chargeable.
Kindly follow these steps for the return:
To exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +918905908077 between 11AM to 7.30PM IST or email us at kiyahjaipur@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
Ensure that the order details are securely pasted on the returns box.
*How to use the Store Credit*
Once you receive the credit note from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’.
You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
In case of damage:
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one-week, else KIYAH will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. KIYAH will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

REFUND POLICY
Since the products are made to order, refund is not applicable. We give store credit of 6 months validity. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for us to process your return and issue store credit. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed.

Once you feed in your complete shipping address at check out, you will be able to see an auto-generated shipping fee. Approximate shipping charges INR 2000.
Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted two times before the shipment is returned to our store. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.
Shipping in case of a return and exchange-
- The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
- The return shipment is to be borne by the customer.
